I cleared the managerial round at Siemens and HR called to confirm. They asked about NP, CCTC and ECTC, and said my profile will go for approval. It’s been 1 week now and no update yet. Calls and emails are not getting response.

Has anyone faced the same situation? How many days does it usually take to get the offer letter from Siemens? Is HR ghosting common in this process?
