Can anyone help me with the best certificate courses on ESG reporting. I wish to shift my career to the ESG domain.

Interested in for profit business model with positive social impact in the area of education, reducing poverty and street children. Interested in solving social problem through business. what career path I can take? finding organization that really inspire me isn’t easy. Should I start with skill for potential position? Do you all see a compelling future in your tax career? I’ll go first, I don’t see a compelling future working for a large PA firm in the long run because you have to work more as you move up. However, I do see a compelling future by using my knowledge and skills to open my own firm/business and work less hours as long as I make enough money which is $75k, or if I do work long hours, it’s because I want to.

Is it crazy to leave my job at EY to take a lower paying position in industry? I'm a recently promoted tax manager making about 140k. I've been considering going to industry for a while, gotten a couple offers, but they're all pretty low (<$120k). Honestly, the $20k difference isn't that much, but I've also been considering taking job that pay maybe $90k and doing work on the side (my own "firm"). But it also feels strange to accept such a lower salary. Thoughts?

I’ve been trying to get into The Walt Disney Company for years and can’t seem to make any progress.
