Watched "Kim's Convenience" on Netflix a few weeks ago. Story of a Canadian Korean family running a store in Toronto. Really enjoyed and had many parallels with how I grew up and our family's business

Ladies who use the steamer bags for cleaning pumps… what’s your process? You have to still clean with soap and water beforehand? The bag is so hot you need to use mittens? Trying to figure out the easiest way to clean in office without making a scene. Something about the wipes makes me feel like I’d still need to rinse it. Both of these seem to defeat the purpose of having less steps imo. And how do you dry them? I’m used to just soaking in a soapy tub, scrubbing, then hang drying at home. Sigh.

Does anyone deal with constant disrespect in the workplace due to their age ? It’s crazy how secretaries are placed on a pedestal here because they are older and I guess have been here longer? I’ve been trying to get into The Walt Disney Company for years and can’t seem to make any progress. I’ve tried introducing myself and connecting with recruiters on LinkedIn and of course, applying to jobs on their site.
