Is it a non-spoken rule among the audit teams that the staff can't leave until the senior leaves, and the senior can't until the manager leaves? I'm in IT advisory, btw.

I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..

We are re-starting our women’s networking group at our media/tech company after a 2 year hiatus and are working on a new mission statement and purpose to be more inclusive and better reflect the times.
