I completed the Technical round with Infosys last week for the Lead consultant role. Another face to face round is scheduled for this week. Can someone explain what the second round would be like? I was told that it would be a management round and then there would be HR round

It would be a techno managerial round and it depends completely on the person who takes I have given the f2f round for lead role last Saturday there are many people who were of lead role for some they ask to write programs as well and for some its purely team handling and behavior questions. So better prepare for the technical as well. All the best

I’m looking for a new job, working remotely, that doesn’t require a Bachelor’s. (I’m currently going back to school to get one, as I only have an Associate’s in Mathematics right now)
I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I’ve seen coworkers get positions they aren’t able to do simply because they have a degree and then leave a mess for me to clean up but I’m not allowed to have the position. Any suggestions?

I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.

Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.

I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

Hi all, i am selected in Infosys and offer got released and everything is finalized. Now from Infosys bg practice they asked for "Abbreviation for initial" i just reverted back to them... Will this be an issue in joining...
