I currently manage a Content Calendar and several video projects in large spreadsheets with multiple tabs. It’s a very manual process. My team is looking to transition from manual tracking towards more automation and efficiency. How do you recommend I use a project management tool like ClickUp or Asana to replace these spreadsheets and automate work streams?
