I don't have joining date in offer letter , hr mentioned 12 jan BGV is 100 % completed , Is it possible 5 or 6 th jan to onboard in msd why beacuse until 4th jan all are in vaction hr mentioned any suggestions need your inputs ?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??

Sent documents after I got a select mail from HR on last Thursday. When can I expect offer letter?. Verbally HR confirmed that joining date will be in last week of Dec .
