I feel like accounting has this “just enough” zone where a lot of people end up. You make enough to be comfortable, the job is stable, and nothing is really forcing you to change. But it’s also not pushing you toward anything bigger. Curious how people think about staying vs pushing past that.

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.
