It takes time. Atleast one or two months and it also requires your new manager to be kind to you .
I recommend “Outwit the Workplace Bully” by Dawn Johnson. She has several chapters on this.

I had this too, it’s really tough. I think take time slowly to get to know your new team and I found for me, that adjusted myself to how better they are
Congrats on landing the new role! Feeling on edge after a toxic job is completely normal. Your brain is just used to expecting the worst. It can help to give yourself time and consciously remind yourself that your new manager is actually decent. How did others move past the stress from a toxic job and start feeling at ease in a healthy, supportive workplace? It’s hard to believe they exist after going through it.
This is a normal reaction to trauma, and I'm sorry you are going through it. It takes time, but therapy can be a huge help if you are able to access it. I would recommend the book "The body keeps the score"
