I gave final round on 31st October and confirmed from helpdesk that I have cleared and will get update within some time. But I asked one of the hr who contacted me previously for interview reminder, he told me that my profile is currently on hold.
What does this mean? Accenture already took 2 final rounds. First on 10th October and second on 31st October.
Should I still keep positive hope or consider this as rejection?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

I’ve been using Apple Pay for the subway, and I saw a sign that said if you do 12 trips a week then you wouldn’t be charged after that. I’m being charged past 12 trips… is there something I need to do? Any tips would be helpful!
