I have a Self-Employed 401k at Fidelity because it offered the maximum #'s. It was easy to set up. Deposits are a little inconvenient - they only accept deposits to that account by mail. I do it annually.
Pay attention to IRS Form 5500 (certain thresholds or features trigger filing requirement). Do not forget to do this if/when it's required. The penalties are steep.

I use e*trade solo 401k. As a business owner you can really pack away pre-tax savings.
