I got a call from a recruiter that they are offering me the opportunity. Bu they have hired me for the company. It's a big MNC. But they are telling me that Persistence is their client. And I'll be joining Persistence. Everything will be on company. But the payroll will be on that IT company which I mentioned about.. if your performance will be good. Persistence will take you in their direct payroll after 3, 4, or 6 months. So I'm confused here. Is it a good idea to join this company or not?
