I got a confirmation of clearing all rounds 3rd week December, and was told it would take some 3-4 weeks for the offer to roll out. When I checked with the HR last week, they highlighted there is some issue with their approval system and once the system is fixed they will revert with the offer.

Not sure what to make out of this but has anyone else faced such a scenario as it has been now more than a month and I have not received any offer yet but I’m not even rejected. Continued in comments

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.
