I got a email from recuriter asking to apply for Business Analyst position. When I read the job description, it says 3 pm - 12 am shift. IS there such working hours in Takeda?
For 1 yr, I worked in 1 - 10 pm shift and my sleep patterns were disturbed.
Its hard to tell the brain to switch off after working till 10 pm and get into sleep mode. How are you folks managing to stay till 12 pm ?

I need some help. I have 3 YOE.
Package I told I am expecting is 8.5lpa
Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

How common is it for first year associates to spin wheels? In my 4th month, I spent 6 hours doing a return with 3 K-1 royalties, 2 Schedule C with few expenses, and the usual 1099-DIV/INT, including consolidated 1099. Budgeted time was 5 hours total. I have yet to get my return reviewed.

Trying to get out of consulting. Ux is so watered down and I’m terrified that it’s going to stunt my growth. I’m overall just not happy.
