BCG 🐠, I submitted an application and am now asked to complete a pymetrics test. What’s the main outcome of this test and how does it impact the interview process?

Year 1: Should I be applying for analyst roles and studying for CFA if I know I don't want to stay in audit or work on getting my CPA and wait another busy season before I apply/request for transfer?

What type of case studies are people getting when interviewing for Strategy roles? How about Finance? Are they the same style/depth as consulting case studies?
