I was interviewed for Amdocs through flocareer. The interview was good and I am expecting I will be selected for the next round, but it's been a week , haven't heard since then.

I had a second round(which was a final round as well) of an interview couple of days back. But yet to receive any feedback on it. Normally how much time hr team takes for a revert? Waiting makes me feel anxious.

I had completed my hr round, and hr told she will be ok for 2 months notice period,I had received an Email that I had cleared all the stages but still doesn't hear back from them

Hi everyone, I have a quick question that’s kind of silly. I work at a pretty small company leading marketing. My title is technically Marketing Lead but I want to put Head of Marketing on my LinkedIn etc. I think of these titles as totally interchangeable—I just like the way the second one reads better. Currently I'm working at TCS as an ITA. Recently I got an offer from VMWARE. Can any one please advise me if it is a good time to join VMWARE or not ? Need help,I am joining @VMware Banglore on 27th June. During interview I told them I need wfh. They said it wil be wfh this entire year. Only mistake I did was i didn't permanent wfh. I took for granted like once I join i can opt for it ( as my VMware friends had said we can opt for it)
Now the offices have started, I am scared if they call me to office , I have 14months son, not willing to leave him n go for office.

So if I ask manager to give me permanent wfh will they agree ?
