Hi, I am working at Bank of america currently on 15.6L from May2021 as Software engg . I got an offer from JP morgan for 19L plus variable(Total exp-5.4 yrs) Should I join JP Morgan or continue working at Bank of America as work culture is good and hike is also pretty good & if I switched just after 11 months it will impact my CV.
