I had a student new to our school that was not in my classroom. I happened to help this student a few times with printer issues (our students are allowed to print independently) and they wrote me the sweetest thank you card before school ended. It was such a sweet gesture from a student who I never got the chance to teach and won’t because they are already past the grade level that I teach.

New strat folks.
1. Buy a condo complex.
2. Put the land under said condos into a land conservatorship (for taxes)
3. Rent condos at discounted rates (for taxes)
4. A small fee of the rent goes to a trust as a land conservation fee in perpetuity (for tax reasons)
5. Have another business generating revenue to offset this.

Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. We got back to it and have been trying for the last 2 months again, still no luck. We’re freaking out… all we want is a family. Any similar stories? Advice? 😢
