I got an offer from Oracle OHAI IC3 . It is remote and giving me 36 fixed + 35 RSU. Is it worth joining considering now the talks of oracle selling it has surfaced

I need genuine suggestions. I was holding offer from IBM and Wipro & now have got a good offer from a mid size organization.
I want to negotiate with IBM and Wipro & join any of these two.

Do these companies negotiate? When & how should I start negotiation with them ?

I would like to talk professionally so that they provide me a matching CTC or in case, they can't at least they don't block me for future openings.

My YOE: 3.6.

CCTC: 10.5

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
