Sorry to hear this. If you're leaving the company anyway it may not matter if you inform HR of what happened. Still, you've got a valid reason to do so. That kind of behavior is needlessly cruel and shouldn't be tolerated in any workplace.

Don’t bother going to HR. It’s honestly best to wash your hands of her and the place. Move on to better things and leave that manager in the past.

Yes, this is absolutely something you can bring to HR, especially since it involves bereavement leave expectations and a pattern of behavior. Make sure you document dates, conversations, and any company policy around bereavement so you can clearly show where the handling felt inappropriate or inconsistent.
I'm so sorry. I lost two of mine pretty close together years ago and it really hurt. I hope you're doing okay, all things considered. Her asking if you would be at work the next day is tasteless, but probably doesn't violate any company policy. But if her behavior during your bereavement leave did, I could see it being worth bringing to HR, especially if you already clash with her. And based on what you've written, you've got good reason to. She sounds awful.
She literally gave me a verbal warning for missing those days. I put in my 2 weeks the next day. My last day for the company is the 26th
