I think it is great Achievement for you.
It is better than MBA.
I have 5 years of experience and struggling to get 20 LPA.
Don't worry. Keep working on your skills. Your time will come. And when it will happen, you will get much more than you would have thought. Cheers!
Congratulations on your offer.
Can you please tell in which area of SAP you work and how did you manage to get this offer.
Also when you switch company and how much increment got after that.
2015- 3.4 LPA( IBM)- worked on SAP SD on first project. Then moved onto next project where I learned SAP APO GATP
2018- Left IBM. Took 9 months break to prepare for CAT. But unfortunately didn't get old IIMs so didn't go for MBA. Though I got most of the new IIMs but I only wanted to do MBA from old IIMs.
2019- Again started working and got 7 LPA( HCL)- worked on SAP APO GATP.
2020- 10 LPA(Tech mahindra)- Again worked on SAP APO GATP. Here I worked like hell and learnt a lot.
2021- 23 LPA( Dynpro)- Worked on SAP APO GATP implementation project. I had 7-8 offers in hand. So, I could negotiate from 10 lpa in the last company to 23 lpa in Dynpro.
2022- 32 LPA( San Disk)- Interestingly, this company was my client for whom I worked in Tech Mahindra. I will be joining them in January 2022.
I would request the PWC folks who liked this post to rather respond about how they are doing in terms of salary.
2019 - Joined LTI at 3.5 as SAP ABAP Consultant
2020 - After increment to 4
2021 - 2 years done at LTI, now at 5.2
Any advice what should I do? Stay? Switch?
Yes, go for the switch if you are not getting an onsite opportunity. Try your luck. 2 years is a good time to switch.
