I got offer at Salesforce Hyderabad for Solution Architect role. They offered 56 LPA for 13 years experience. Is it good one. 40L Fixed, 6L Bonus and 10L stocks per year (will be given for fouryears). I accepted it. Is it a good offer? Or should I look something else. Got confused because recently I layed off from TCS after working for 7.5 years. Not into job market, just checking is it good offer or not. Consumer Goods Solution Architect role.

I’ve been practicing in both big law (many yrs ago) and now in-house for over 10 years. Quite often I struggle because I don’t find work fulfilling. I’ve been in industries that allegedly have greater cause (healthcare) but was eventually disappointed by the corporate bureaucracy and went to a cutting-edge tech company for intellectual stimulation. Still I struggle. Should I try public interest? Not that I don’t need the money but it’s hard to work when I am so detached and find it meaningless

It is true that in service based consultings the learning curve will be better coz we'll get to work on a lot of projects compared to a captive organisation ?

Are Coforge reviews fake on Glassdoor? Had a discussion with their HR today. He was telling Coforge is doubling in size and revenue in the next 2 years, we had the least attrition. You can do your research. Maybe Delhi Noida based companies, I really feel scared about. I think they will say anything to get a joining.
