I got selected in BDO RISE. Gave initial documents. On 13th I got call from HR to discuss compensation. On 20 I did follow up and she confirmed in mail that she will call back. On 21 i received " other exciting opportunities mail" from HR manager of BDO. I did another follow up on 31 and received no response. BDO RISE and BDO India are separate entities. I hope that email is not red flag. Should I do another follow up or wait this week?

Would you stay living in a city you like but have very few friends there, or move back to your hometown where most of your friends and family are? My current city has a population of about 500k and my hometown is about 100k. My main reason to move away from my hometown was dating and jobs, but neither seem to be going any better over the past 2 years. COL is about 28% higher than my hometown and jobs don’t pay much better.

Join birlasoft one month back, but didn't get any project yet. Till now gave two client round perform well in both but afterwards didn't get any kind of response from RMG. RMG people are also not too interactive, they hardly respond to the pings.

Feeling a bit uncomfortable now as in my 8years career it is happening the first time that I am idle for a whole month, also there is no one to interact with. This whole atmosphere is now making me loose my confidence.
