I got selected in pwc ac , with joining date on 27 th January, I filled up the independence review and pre onboarding forms , but 14 days before I mailed them letting them know I am not going to join the company, they have not shifted the laptop, please let me know can they still create pf account for me in this case .

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later
