I think this is a horrible idea! Students have way too much screen time as it is. They can't focus on a teacher because there is no flashy movement or instant gratification. This kind of stuff is great for supplemental help used sparingly.

It is very interesting, and there are some great helps. I love the scaffolding options
I use MagicSchool on the regular and share it with my teachers. AI can take away that part of the work that is dull and tedious, and I think it's a great tool for that. It can also function as a thought partner for teachers, allowing them to have another voice to bounce ideas off of or help create lessons and activities. Like anything, AI needs to be checked and shouldn't be the solution, just a step on the way. I think that AI should be first used BY teachers by themselves, and then when they understand how it works, and they become more comfortable with it, then they can start introducing activities that use AI with the students. SchoolAI, for example, can help create chatbots that students can interact with about various subjects, which is super cool!

They are going to use it, so we need to show them the right and ethical uses.

I've been talking to several teachers about Magic School. I only hear good reviews
