My team has made tremendous efforts during the pandemic to ensure the safety of all facilities and people in our region as we resume in-office activity. Predicated on confidentiality, my colleague went to HR with negative feedback re a specific leader’s flexibility with the *mandatory* PPE protocol. The HR Manager went directly to the leader and gave the feedback along w my colleagues name. Since that day she’s been heavily “taxed.” HR has a responsibility to protect anonymity. How to handle?

How do you review resumes in a way that reduces implicit bias? I just finished reading the book, "Biased," which discusses the implicit biases we all hold. Our company has not invested in an ATS software, and we’re looking to create a scoring rubric / database in excel based on the job description and candidates. What are ways to ensure the resume review process controls for bias and is still efficient / expedient?

I have seven years' experience in executive search (based in APAC but have worked on global roles) and want to leave the industry for either an in-house talent role or a consulting firm. I haven't had much luck when I've applied for internal roles in the past. Do I have any chance at getting an in-house talent acquisition role, or is an executive search skill set just regarded as too weird/not the right fit for internal talent teams?

Am I wrong in thinking that failing to follow up with a candidate after the initial phone screen (not the interview) is not a deadly sin? We talk to 30-40 people every week, and as much as we try, some people (especially the ones who show negative attitudes) do not hear back from us.

Might be moving to Spain and would need to look for a role I could do if I wouldn’t be able to go remote for my employer. We don’t have an office presence in Spain so I suspect I might be looking for a role with a company with an actual presence in the country. 1) what companies would folks recommend I look at?
