Interviewing for a Google job. Currently an M2 at Meta. On the cusp of a D1 - what’s the equivalent level for D1 at Google? In Austin - so what salary should I be asking for and RSUs? Currently make base $250k plus 25% bonus and started Meta with 200k in stock. Also to note I’ve reached 5yrs so I have that 30d paid vacay coming up which I would lose if I took the google offer, if I got it. How honest are people when other companies ask for your comp?

Holiday Season - at my former company, around this time of year I would have already gotten a ton of gift baskets etc. - not something I would ever take home but open up for the team and leave out. How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. My school has been tech heavy for pcp quite a long time now. Well, our tech teacher retired and our district is “phasing out” that position. We will now be doing art as a pcp along with music and P.E. How can I incorporate art into the class room from that?

I need some ideas for my last hour class. I teach reading only and I have this class first hour for reading and then last hour again for “communication skills”. I plan on some days doing prodigy, maybe passion projects, and maybe reading groups. This class has a lot of sped kids. By the time last hour comes, they are all over the place. I need things to keep them from going crazy, but want it to be purposeful also. Any suggestion?
