I have wasted my 4.5 years in TCS and I don't have much CtC in these 4 years I have only 4.25 package . Yesterday I have selected in Capgemini and they gave me 50% hike on my current package that would be 6.3 approx what should I do ?

Capgemini HR told me that according to my np and base salary they are not going to increase the ctc .

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
