Hi, OP! I think this is something that should be determined based on your company policy. Companies have different computations.
Depends on your company policy. I would assume Monday would be regular pay as it's not the holiday..Unless this isn't a 7 day operation and employee is working an extra day that happens to be Christmas,in that case if Monday is recognized holiday, pay them what you normally do for employees working a holiday on top of whatever they get for working an extra Sunday
Depends but I would say Christmas is 1.5 but Monday is regular pay.
It depends on how your company identifies the holidays. At our company, we state in our employee handbook that if the holiday falls on Saturday, we will observe Friday, and if it falls on Sunday, we will observe on Monday. We would pay the premium on the day we indicate is the holiday.
Hello, OP! It usually depends o the company policy. Our practice is that we consider paying the premium when they work on Monday.

We have a fixed holiday schedule every year. Since Sunday is Christmas, our office recognizes Monday as Christmas and close our corp office. If any field employees are working on Monday they will get the holiday pay.
It definitely varies by company. At my company Sunday and Monday are both considered the holiday so they would both be paid at the rate of 1.5 for those days.
I *think* if someone works the actual holiday, that's the day they get time and a half for it. I can't confirm that for sure, though. They left you to cover for payroll with no guidance???
