I have a manager that belittles the female employees and lets the male employees do what ever they like. The females get reported to HR when we talk about anything outside of work and the singular male can do what ever he likes. How do I get out from this. He has launched three HR complaints against me.
1. Talking about my lady doctor visit in private with a female co worker
2. For calling out sick (had the Flu)
3. For saying I don’t work when I am clocked out. Hourly employee.
Please help.

I have been through very similar experiences, and I’m so sorry to hear what you’re going through. I stood up for myself in these scenarios and unfortunately got myself made ‘redundant’… It definitely was a bit dodgy and I could’ve gone back / taken it further. I am now in a wonderful job where clock watching is not a thing and everyone is considered equal. I’d always suggest speaking to HR about your concerns firstly, and if it’s not going as planned then look for a position elsewhere! Ask for an exit interview if it does get to this which fingers crossed it won’t.

Hi all,
I had a video screening interview earlier last week, got an email back couple days later and this is what the email says ( referred to screenshot below).
I replied with a date and time which is today at 1:30pm- I still didn’t get a response. Needless to say I emailed them this morning to remind them.
What to make if this ?
