I've been working in the insurance industry (property and casualty) 4 years now as an insurance sales agent. Looking to switch gears a little. How do I get into the claims adjuster field. Looking to make a change and make good money. I currently make about 38k a year base and 1% in commission.

I've 2 offers, Please help me choose from following:

1) A large (15K employees) product based company with good culture.
22.5 LPA

2) A small (150+ employees) service based startup company with excellent culture.
17 LPA.

Both the companies are profitable.

Thoughts? This seems decent based on my research but couldn't find a ton of data points. What is the career trajectory/opportunity like is a Google CE? Opportunities to move to product later on or will I be heavily soloed within tech? How do refreshers work? For example at other tech companies I've heard only about 10% of a team might receive refreshers each year

Currently at BNY Mellon with 10 YOE, specifically in Corporate Trust working CLO/CDO’s (first job out of college). I’ve moved around within the bank a few times but I’m just not happy here nor am I where I want to be in terms of comp . I want to pivot into something else but I have no clue what skills I could transfer elsewhere as what we do is so niche. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change.
