I had a video screening interview earlier last week, got an email back couple days later and this is what the email says ( referred to screenshot below).
I replied with a date and time which is today at 1:30pm- I still didn’t get a response. Needless to say I emailed them this morning to remind them.
What to make if this ?

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? Anyone has seen any impact on conversion rates?

How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.

Your thoughts on this, TIA

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄

I have been a phlebotomist for the last three and a half years with quest. I have over 20 years of experience. And have been trying to transfer to a different state. I believe that I am being blocked from my transfer even though my manager approves it on paper. Is there any way I can find this out. Later that week they told me that they were going to be making an offer. Another week has gone by and still no offer. They said they are still working on it. Is this the new norm for recruiting? Amerisourcebergen doesn't care about its employees. We have no mental health awareness. Leadership only promotes people who kiss ass the most qho have no managerial experience and pass people who actually have experience in a manager role. Leadership never helps you with anything. Managers write you up for no reason amd threaton your job constantly. Ive have leasherip threaten my job while on FMLA and write me up for taking too much time off
