I have a total of 2.7 years of experience in design and am currently serving NP.
I have been applying like crazy for half a month and haven't received any mail, messages, or anything. Feels like I'm being ghosted by every other company.
What's going on in the current job market? Can someone explain?

Why do leaders keep comparing how “good”the new staff/seniors have it because they make more money starting out then they did and working 55 hours is better than the 70-80 hours they used to work? Instead they should compare what options they have available to them and what their goals are.

Accepted job offer starting Jan 11. Should I let my boss know now so there is more time to transition my workload/approve replacement hire? Want to leave on good terms as I may do some freelance work for them.

Has anyone considered meal prepping their own food and bringing with on road? Ex. Cooked chicken and vegetables. Could it be doable/safe with a 2 hour plane ride?
