I have an interview coming up with a company that laid me off at the beginning of Covid. I had worked for them for 7 years and done well for them prior to the reduction in force layoff. The job I'm interviewing for is a different role than what I previously did and the posted pay is significantly less than what I was making previously. I understand they can't make a huge leap from the posted compensation, nor pay me what I made previously. How do I approach the comp issue if/when it comes up?

Is it wise to leave an organization you just joined in 2-3 months because of the bad cultural fit and toxic environment

And if yes then how to go about for future applications as company's will say stuff like stability and all
