I have asked for kolkata location. BUT
They are saying I can work from kolkata but in offer letter the location cannot be mentioned as kolkata.
is it true ?

My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar.
