I have an offer from Xoriant private solutions ltd. and @Mavenir. Xoriant is offering permanent remote. Mavenir has hybrid model and has 2 days work from office- Bangalore. Which one is good in terms of wlb, job security?

And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?
