I have an offer from fintech company in Pune. I have total 6.4 years of experience as Software Engineer in .NET ecosystem and they are offering me 26.5 LPA CTC. Is this a good offer, for Software Engineer role and my yoe? I have resigned from my current organisation (effective February 2026) where my CTC was 15.5LPA. And have 3 months of notice period.
