I got my Tata Consultancy offer letter 9.50 LPA two months ago, with that I put down my papers in CTS, now the problem is I got two good Offers Uplers - 14 LPA and Larsen & Toubro Infotech -13 LPA
can i ask TCS to match this offer, if so how can i ask them?

i got call from one company that i got selected and to submit document after 10 days they called me for salary negotiation but i wasnt able to talk as i was out for some work she said she will call back but yet she didnt call back. I’ve been with my current company for 3 years. In this time I have only received one raise and triple the responsibilities. I am currently the fleet/safety manager for a fleet of 8 trucks. Also, I am required to do all secretary work, manage the office, dispatch, keep the books, and manage payroll for 12 employees for 34,000 annually. With the workload I currently have I’m not sure what to approach my boss with as a fair salary for the task i complete daily.

The stamping process was initiated but it couldn't complete as the USCIS offices were shutdown die to the pandemic. Current CTC - 10.5 LPA (9 Fixed 1.5 Variable)

Is it ok if i talk to my manager to revise my salary as per market standards as i feel it is very less even as per my designation in company. My appraisals happned in march this year....it was my mistake that i didnt discuss this at that time... is it ok to talk now?

Is it still a good time to change the job? I have two doubts in mind:
1. If i resign now then notice period will be from oct to dec. And last month of notice period where candidate receives most calls will be dec and i believe thats coldest month of hiring?
2. In current organisation annual pay cycle is from april to march where we can consider 8% hike plus 8% annual bonus is due in march. So getting a 40% hike and leaving current job is worth it?

The panel fron UK was really sweet and kind and I dint have any 2nd thoughts…Until, the HR said they could offer only 12 LPA as my current package itself is too high for my experience and the finance team isnt providing approval beyond 12L
