I have an opportunity at a PI firm in ID, and was wondering if y'all would please share your PI pay structure. I am ten years out of law school: 1 yr of PI experience (hourly contract), 4 yr family, landlord-tenant, elder and other legal aid law, and 5 yr in a JD alt job operating a large government program (so I have business sense). I have court exp., just not jury trial exp.

They're asking me for salary expectations, and I don't really know where to start given my varied background. Thx!
