I have attended walkin at Cognizant pune dated on 10th jan.. After TR they said u r selected and i filled one form as well.. For HR they said u will. Get call in week..

Then next week on 14th jan received hr call.. Had salary disccsion and hr said for next step team will contact you.. But after that no updates its been almost 3 weeks..

So. Can i consider it was fool game and now there will be no offfer and have to move forword....


Or still they willl give offer???

CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.

Joining CTS with 19Lpa as SA, will my manager or co workers know my CTC?
If a team has 2 SA, 1 with 8Lpa another with 19Lpa same work experience but lateral entry,
Will the work load varies? Do they assign work according to the CTC???

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?
