I am extremely burnt out. I went to my first trial a few weeks ago and it was two weeks of no sleep and constant berating by the lead counsel. The months leading up to that trial were also very intense. I need a break, but I don’t even know who to talk to about this. I work for a boutique so our HR department is only two people who don’t seem very helpful. But I also haven’t connected well with anyone at the firm (I started remotely during the pandemic). Hi fishes, I completed 1 year at Capgemini(fresher). Worked on one project for 5 months without billable from client. Now they released me from that project and soon i will get another project at my preferable location. My concern is from the joining date to till date (1 year passed) I didn't get any billing as I worked only 5 months on a project, so is it like my 2 yrs bond aggreement is not started? I heard from someone that once you get billable then only your 2 year bond starts. Pls tell me.

The offer from EY India is very less and my joining is on 16th. I do not think negotiation will work at this point. Synechron & Altimetrik is offering far better pay than EY India. The difference is Close to 5L. Can anybody through some light here. I have a YOE of 4Y and tech stack- Java/MS/ React. EY is offering 10.5 fixed.

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?
