I have been looking for a job for almost a year now. It is a difficult market, and I kept questioning every step and word I said in the interview. I finally got a job offer last week. It was the worst interview I’ve ever had. I was so demanding and didn't even send a thank-you note. For those of you out there, if you are a right fit and they want you, nothing else like interview skills matter. Don't question yourself it is not you. It is a number game.
