Are you just asking about the submission fee, or also the thousands of dollars in the studio cutting case study videos for the submission?

3k

420.69

Tried to get that in a case study this year as “number of earned impressions” didn’t fly

funny

Take every entry in every category and times it by about 450. Seen agencies easily spend 50k and that’s before case-study edit time x 1/3 of those, the insane cost of accommodation in Cannes, flights, tickets, etc. So a big agency probably easily getting toward 200-250k 🤢 (and I’m probably underestimating a fair bit here).

Then repurpose that content for the other shows and the costs mount. You can see we ECDs have a nightmare in deciding what is allowed to be entered.

A happy marriage

Not receiving calls for SM or AC even profile is good and have posted in LinkedIn, Naukri, Glasdoor. Known circles are stating that Service based companies in india won't pay more than 30LPA for SM / AC profiles as a reason for not getting calls. Is it true? Any inputs please ?

I just moved teams within my agency, and had the jarring realization that every single person on the day-to-day business (across account, strategy, and creative, 12+ ppl) is white. I am also white.

I’m getting the chance to hire somebody new for the team. Hopefully you can see where I’m going with this: how do I talk to HR - who clearly does not recognize this is a thing, or doesn’t consider it a problem - about the need to find some POC candidates for this role and in general?

Hi all. I can't help but feel that my current 'Digital Managing Partner' job title is a little too niche when it comes to LinkedIn job/resume keyword relevance, particularly outside of a media agency environment. However, a 'Digital Director' title feels too junior and 'Managing Director' maybe a little more senior. Any logical suggestions please? Thanks
