What do they not get about it? I don't know how else you can explain it to them as I am sure you have explained it a million different ways already. That is a long meeting!!!

Hi There,
I would just go back to basics and literally have a sit down with them individually or as a group and literally show them on paper., grab some scratch paper and some mechanical pencils. Show them like the equations show them how to break it down so that they understand it and you keep doing it and doing it set aside time to do it until they thoroughly understand it. Until it clicks. Some people learn differently this has been my most effective way so that my leaders are able to fluently speak to target goals, numbers and also have an established sense of business acumen

I joined MakeMyTrip in April. I got married in June. My husband works in hyderabad and we stay with his family. So I asked MMT to extend WFH for me. Full remote is not a possibility as per the company policy. I would love to work for product based companies like MMT.
