I have been trying to think of some good Super Bowl competition ideas to keep the team engaged without making it feel forced. I want it to be something everyone can jump into even if they are not huge football fans. What competitions have you seen actually get people involved and talking instead of just sitting there checking their phones?

I’m a true night-owl that begins thinking clearly about 5 PM. I often send projects out after midnight. Early morning emails and calls are an adventure. Has anyone else had to work through this issue? Fight it or embrace it?
