I have been with Women@ZS in the past and proud of initiatives we have done like P2P and summits we used to have. Nowadays, the priority seems misplaced. Why are we spending so much money and effort for this Golden Hour program to promote leaders of other companies? Where is ZS in all this and our own women leaders? I understand one such interview to get industry perspective but so many?

I am considering a different career: On the Director or executive level, who earns more: Cybersecurity executive or the head of marketing/ head of commerce?
