I have been working as a Pega developer for 3.5 years now and actively looking to switch jobs for the last three months. So far, I have not been able to get a single interview. A handful of recruiters have reached out, but failed to convert to interviews because of multiple factors like notice period, skills mismatch etc.

What has been your experience like in the job market this year? Also, please share helpful tips, if any.

Average starting comp for MM PE associate in bay area? 250k?

This is gonna sound stupid, but I’m honest - I can’t do math. Calculating a tip is as advanced as I get. Thank god for excel formulas and a math savvy husband. At the end of the day, I pay all the bills (I know- but I’m more organized) and make double his salary, what low stress effort (on my limited math capacity brain) can I do to increase wealth?

I feel like I should be doing more with extra money to help us financially, but I’m scared of having to study stocks and understand the numbers. 😖

Has any firm done anything in the way of extensive EA training/networking within their NA offices via a program retreat? I'm guessing it's a hard sell, but it seems it would be beneficial. Anyone?

I have got an offer for the System Architect role at Pegasystems, Current CTC- 20( 18 fixed)..3 days office is must. Offered CTC- 20 fixed...vp and stocks may come upto 23 or so. And permanent WFH.
