I have completed my interview and shortlisted in EY.
They have sent a candidate form last week. I have completed that task and reverted back.

It's been 8 days since I didn't received any calls or further mails. Kindly suggest me something that I will get or not.

EY application has turned to “We'd like to progress you to the next step in our recruiting process”. How soon does communication begin and typically how long is the process?

I have got an addendum letter from Wipro today stating that my date of Joining has been extended by 45 days. My joining was in mid August. I have 2 options to Accept or Reject the addendum.
Can i reject the addendum, how will it impact if I reject it ?

Can anyone share how the physical on boarding day goes? Is it just documents submission and verification? Or will there be anything else? And how long is the day? Do we have to stay in office 9-6 that day?

Do any of you struggle with feeling like you owe other people. Or I guess owe your employer, company, team etc to put in your best effort? I think I feel this way but to the point of it being detrimental. And I’m not sure how to fix or change it. It’s like my whole existence is a ledger i need to keep in balance (lol accounting analogy)

I am so tired of it all. I’ve barely eaten in the last 3 days and had to take a painkiller last night to fall asleep. I’m so overworked and I constantly feel like a piece of sh*t. I don’t even have the energy to move right now and feel like I will faint any minute.
