What industries or companies value current role over YOE? I’m 5 total YOE (3 pre-MBA/2 post-MBA) at a T2 making ~$185k base and $210k+ TC. Many roles I’m seeing with similar YOE requirements and getting offered from recruiters are Manager level roles at the $150k TC range, and when I push for the next level up, they say I don’t have enough YOE. Looking for non-consulting roles with ~$200k+ in TC.
