Data analyst trying to break into data science. Anyone willing to network?

I have been offered a position on Senior Consultant/ Deputy Manager at Deloitte India for 4.5 years of exp.

Is this position/role normal for years of experience I hold?

What are my chances of getting into APM programs at companies like Meta and Uber as a student from a non-CS background and little experience?

Currently working on my MS Finance degree, graduating in December. Working on my resume and was wondering if I should include a projects section (which would be projects/assignments from classes)?

I don’t have much experience as I went into grad school right after undergrad (graduated December 2021).

YOE: 3.1 years
Current CTC: 9.5 LPA all fixed
Tech stack: Java
I have following job offers:
UKG: 18 LPA (16 fixed) + 1 Lakh JB
Snapdeal: 22LPA (20 fixed)
Freecharge: HR discussion is pending but would offer more than 20 LPA

Not sure what to choose, designation is SSE in every company.
I want good work culture, WLB, good tech stack.
Also, I have 1 month NP left, can you suggest me some good companies to apply?

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Tried researching this for hours but only found info on applying to other agencies.

I am an Abinitio developer having 7 YOE working in pune.
Sad part is,my husband shifted to ahmedabad and we decided that I will find something in a'bad/gandhinagar.But I found that there are no companies working on abinitio here.once this pandemic ends,wfh also ends,I have to shift to pune & ultimately resign.
I am ready to learn new tech,but totally blank on which way to go.I dont want to start the career from the scratch with much lesser package.

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. I usually think it's because Agile's method is what everyone thinks works but so much stuff across all tech areas seems to be released broken and then never fixed or fixed way too slowly.
