Hey, another question for y’all. How should I reach out to a recruiter who offered me a full time position but I rejected for a better offer? At the time I was offered the position my main concern was lack of guidance/support from leadership. Now, a year later I have experience being in a role with limited over site (not as scary as I initially thought it would be) and feel confident I would excel in the role I rejected.
